The Oread Lawrence, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We spent a lot of time on my alma mater's campus which is where the Oread is located. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and server Chloe was outstanding at service and hospitality. It was really busy on Saturday as we watched the football game at the bar with many other people. And we had a fabulous time in great part due to her hard work and attitude. I was an HR Director for thousands of employees at the US Forest Service and high potentials always impress me. Hotel is very nice and clean. The parking garage is safe and important as campus parking is always a challenge otherwise.

The place is beautiful and a great location

The location is amazing. I was there for the college visit day and you can't find a better hotel location, as you know!

Location was convenient and within walking distance to the university of Kansas. Very comfortable spacious room, and the welcoming note on the television was a nice touch! Breakfast was available for purchase downstairs in their restaurant. The staff was very nice.

Unique property with modern amenities. Clean modern rooms with comfortable beds and a Nespresso machine in the room. Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out.
